- Please avoid saunas, steam rooms, and strenuous exercise as much as possible on the day of the procedure.
- Please refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking for 2-3 days after the procedure.
- Please apply sunscreen thoroughly to protect your skin.
- Adequate hydration and moisturization are important.
Special care for each procedure
- Laser treatment: Temporary redness may occur, and a soothing pack is recommended.
- Botox: Do not lie down or touch the treated area for 4 hours after the procedure.
